Check the result before saving
Compare the preview with the original post. Keep the page open while the file is prepared. Check your browser’s Downloads list after the download starts. If the button is grey with a checkmark but no transfer appears, reload the page and paste the original link again.
Quality and watermarks
The MP4 uses media available from the source post. HD is not available for every video, and a low-resolution upload cannot be improved by downloading it. Text, captions and logos already inside the video remain in the file.
